These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of NS Enterprise's Website, Mobile Applications, and SDK Services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using our mobile apps (including but not limited to NS AI Code Studio, Clarify, Moodify, Cutloom), or integrating our SDKs, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use NS Enterprise's products or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, NS Enterprise and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on NS Enterprise, including software code, UI design, and algorithms. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from NS Enterprise for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from NS Enterprise without permission
• Sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or sub-license material from NS Enterprise
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from NS Enterprise
• Redistribute content from NS Enterprise

3. User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you by NS Enterprise.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website, applications and the use thereof. Our AI tools and SDKs are provided "as is" and "as available". NS Enterprise does not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NS Enterprise, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our apps or website whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. NS Enterprise shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our Apps, including loss of data or loss of profit.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree that before taking any formal action, you will contact us at hello@nsenterprise.dev and provide a brief, written description of the dispute and your contact information. You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute before initiating any litigation or arbitration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bangladesh for the resolution of any disputes.
